LumaForge is looking to hire a Head of Growth to join our fast-paced team of smart and hungry, problem solvers. We’ve got a killer set of products, the biggest companies in the world for customers, and a community who adores us. Now we’re looking for someone to leverage all of that into becoming an unstoppable growth machine (or monster). The Head of Growth will report directly to the CEO, and be responsible for leading all customer acquisition efforts for LumaForge. The primary focus of this position will be driving revenue growth across all channels through; email marketing, CPC, SEO, content marketing, direct outreach, marketing analytics, digital advertising, cross-promotional opportunities, and partner programs. You will have the support of an amazing team of creatives who will blow you away in branding, graphic design, video production, and full stack web development. You’ll be the left-brain to our right-brain with lots of room for collaboration and experimentation.

We can’t manage what we can’t measure, and you’ll be doing both. You should be happy working without much direction, be open to internal and external feedback, and be confident that your results will speak for themselves. If you create structure wherever you go we’d like to hear from you. If you need structure in order to create, this place might drive you nuts.

A great fit for this position would have:

  • 5+ years B2B or Enterprise growth experience
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with inbound and outbound best practices
  • Experience leading and working within cross functional teams
  • Experience setting long term strategies for growth and implementing the tactics necessary to get there
  • Extensive knowledge of all media platforms including, display, social, search, affiliate, as well as of SEO and email
  • Metrics-driven, understanding the relationship between CAC, CPA, and LTV
  • Familiarity with performance tracking and measurement
  • Appreciation for the entire customer journey
  • The ability to process feedback and drive product and roadmap decisions 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Build, track, and own of the entire cross-platform customer acquisition process
  • Oversee all paid and earned social channels, search, and display from ideation to execution
  • Grow digital paid revenue and traffic-driving initiatives including: social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) email marketing, partner programs, SEO, SEM
  • Expand current channels through ongoing optimization, and build out new channels to drive future growth
  • Implement attribution, tracking, and landing experiences for all paid marketing
  • Work closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ads and sales materials
  • Define customer persona strategies and develop targeted campaigns
  • Oversee sales enablement efforts
