What You’ll Do 

RingDNA is looking for a Head of Content Marketing to join our fast-growing marketing team! This position will own a range of functions in order to generate leads and drive growth, including managing a team, generating the content, and understanding mediums and channels of distribution. 

This role requires a proven leader with expertise in a B2B, enterprise environment, as well as defining a vision, strategy, and roadmap for organic marketing to drive customer acquisition and engagement. A successful candidate should have superb leadership, analytical, technical, business acumen, and communication skills to be able to work with a wide range of team members from individual contributors to senior executives.

  • Lead a team that will develop and execute plans for RingDNA marketing campaigns that extend and enhance the company’s ability to reach new and existing audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to identify, create and deliver compelling content across owned and earned channels that is data-driven and adds value for ringDNA customers.
  • Creatively conceive ideas and apply them across key art, digital, social, paid media, earned media, etc.
  • Analyze media effectiveness and marketing data to better optimize spend and performance across various marketing channels.
  • Ensure your team is managing and tracking budget spend for content marketing initiatives.
  • Work with both external marketing partners/agencies and internal teams to implement content marketing initiatives and effectively execute campaigns.
  • Investigate and track industry trends and innovative media opportunities to optimize future campaigns.
  • Provide promotional and marketing content activities as needed.

Who You Are 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of management experience. 
  • Possess a strong search engine optimization (SEO) know-how and expertise.
  • Have a thorough understanding of lead generation and conversion and how content plays into the marketing funnel.
  • Familiar with SEO strategy and fluent in content categorization and structure, distribution and measurement,
  • Able to effectively and efficiently produce content (sales enablement materials, ad and landing page copy, etc).
  • Working knowledge of both Salesforce/Hubspot and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledgeable re: marketing automation and segmentation.
  • Experience on integrated, multimedia marketing projects including media buying.
  • Able to partner with multiple constituencies in a team environment.
  • Strong creative eye and presentation skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
  • A self-directed professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.
