  • Content Writing: This entails the development and creation of extensive written content that aligns with a client's brand voice. This type of long-form content builds a brand's authority and results in organic discovery by potential customers.
  • Performance PR: This service focuses on getting a brand published on elevated, reputable sites such as The New York Times, USA Today, and Yahoo among others.
  • On-Page Optimization: GR0 offers website performance analysis, Google search console integration, search volume analysis, keyword targeting, meta tags creation, and SEO strategy planning
     

The Role:
The Head of Client Success will be responsible for developing client relationships that promote retention, growth, and loyalty within GR0’s line of business. This includes all Client Success activities and outcomes in the company as it relates to client retention, churn, growth, contract renewals, and up-sells. The main goal of the Head of Client Success is to grow client lifetime value.

The Head of Client Success will also play a critical function in onboarding new clients and helping the account teams demonstrate ongoing value through our marketing initiatives. A successful Head of Client Success is an elite digital marketer, with demonstrated cross channel strategy expertise and business savviness. They are also analytical with a high EQ and client satisfaction mindset.

The Head of Client success will also take an integral role in developing internal strategies and processes to help improve GR0’s product as a whole. This role will be a vocal leader both internally and externally, and ultimately be responsible for the management of account leads, ensuring success and growth for all GR0 clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Account Managers to drive positive client success outcomes and to coach account teams to increase their effectiveness with clients.
  • Compile, analyze and synthesize data as it relates to clients and provide business forecasts and propose initiatives to the executive leadership within GR0.
  • Client onboarding, support, adoption, advocacy, retention, renewals, and up-sells.
  • Manage client success outcomes, increase contract renewal rates and reduce churn, expand revenue in accounts through cross-selling and up-sell opportunities, drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
  • Influence lifetime value through customer satisfaction and overall NPS performance.
  • Handle and negotiate contract and billing disputes
  • Act as the highest escalation point for client-related issues
  • Customer satisfaction measurement through surveys and data collection

Required Skills

  • 5+ Years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Experience and fluency when talking about SEO with clients
  • Experience driving and communicating the ins and outs of cross-channel digital marketing strategies.
  • The ability to thrive in changing environments and a passion for strengthening client-agency relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for knowledge and personal growth.
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports.

Preferred Skills:

  • Account Management and Client Success experience a huge plus
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience and knowledge of vendor contracts in the media space
