UpKeep Maintenance Management is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join the team. This role will be critical for launching, expanding, and optimizing campaigns across digital platforms, but the role doesn’t stop there! The Growth Marketing Manager will also test a range of tactics (from landing pages to emails to content marketing) to increase engagement and conversions for both self-serve sign-ups and sales-assisted deals.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to drive campaigns from idea to completion and then through testing/optimization
Enable accurate end-to-end tracking and, where possible, automate insights and reporting -- marketing without measurement doesn’t exist here!
Run deep-dive analytics to determine which variables are driving lead quality at the best cost efficiencies
Get your hands dirty to better operationalize key platforms and systems (Salesforce, Pardot, Google AdWords & Analytics, Unbounce, Intercom, etc.)
Leverage site traffic and our growing database to create more granular, specific segments/personas and surface/prioritize leads for sales
Own email marketing automation and deployment, including staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices to improve deliverability, open, click, and landing page conversion rates
Help with social media outreach and leverage social presence to amplify product releases and press coverage
You are a strong candidate if you have:
2 - 5 years of experience in campaign management or performance marketing -- background with a tech or app product a huge plus!
Both technical and creative capabilities -- you can develop complex nurture streams, write compelling copy, and collaborate closely with our graphic designer to create killer emails, landing pages, and display ads
Have a passion for digital marketing and are motivated to test and learn quickly
Can be self-managed and resourceful, but comfortable problem solving cross-functionally and integrating feedback from sales and product into marketing initiatives
Familiarity with marketing automation and advertising technology -- experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Google AdWords, Google Analytics not necessary, but a huge plus!
