Wolf & Shepherd is a lifestyle brand on a mission to bring the technology and comfort of high-performance sneakers into a classically styled dress shoe. We’re growing quickly, and are looking for a talented Growth Marketer to grow our brand and improve customer acquisition. This role reports to the Head of Marketing at our HQ in El Segundo.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns across all digital channels (Facebook/Instagram, SEM, Retargeting, CRM).
• Optimize campaigns to drive to efficient customer acquisition, ROI, and other measurement KPIs.
• Lead A/B tests for target audiences, ad copy, ad formats, etc.
• Manage a sizeable marketing budget and deploy it effectively across the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, purchase).
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing to define company’s brand vision and value proposition.
• Work with Customer Experience, PR, and Social teams to find new avenues to grow the business and establish Wolf & Shepherd as a premier brand.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 3-5 years of growth marketing/customer acquisition experience, preferably in eCommerce
• Deep experience running campaigns across social, SEM, and retargeting channels
• Knowledge of ad platforms including Facebook, Adwords, AdRoll
• Highly analytical with an eye for optimization and measurement
• Passion for marketing, and a self-starter attitude that will help you thrive at a startup
