The person who joins us needs to understand that the role can be all encompassing and might work on tasks or projects outside of the position scope. * Strong understanding of the sales process
* Great at developing and refining company branding and messaging
Responsibilities:
* Update/manage/refine Boon landing page
* Update/manage/refine sales content
* Update/manage/refine customer and user onboarding content and process
* Reducing onboarding time
* Increase conversion rate averages
* Develop a streamlined/automated process
* Work with the product team to refine user onboarding wizard
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to accelerate growth and enhance
the efficiency of the sales process
* Ensure cohesive message and branding/design throughout all content
* Building, managing viral social marketing campaigns
* Agile campaign optimization, A/B testing
* Managing social media accounts
* Developing and managing Boon's community through blog and podcast
* SEO management
Skills/Experience:
* Eye for design
* Ideally able to edit/work with HTML/CSS
* Experience with Sketch
* Managing CMSs - preferably Webflow
* Online marketing campaigns
* Passion for content marketing (at least have experience)
* Able to demonstrate strong creative logic/problem-solving skills
