Ring is looking for an insightful and analytical Manager with strong business and technical skills to join our rapidly growing Growth Strategy & Analytics team. In this role, you will be partners to various executive, product management, engineering, quality assurance, finance, logistics, shipping, sales and marketing teams that power Ring. Your work will be instrumental to achieving its mission, be highly visible to Ring / Amazon leadership, and will drive key strategic company goals.

You will be structuring ambiguous problems and creating frameworks across various disciplines, resulting in actionable recommendations ranging from strategic planning, product strategy/launches, and engineering improvements to marketing campaign optimization, customer servicing trending, and competitive research. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing strategic recommendations. You will also have opportunities to present results to leadership and drive implementation of recommendations in collaboration with various teams.

• Work effectively with people at all levels in both Ring’s and Amazon’s organizations

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or similar)
• 5+ years of experience at a management consulting company, investment bank, or technology company in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, VC/PE, product management, or related quantitative functions
• Experience managing upwards, downwards, and externally (leadership, teams, and partners)
• Significant experience with SQL and statistical analyses involving large data sets
• Strong Excel skills a must

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or similar)
• 7+ years of experience at top tier management consulting company, investment bank, or technology company
• Solid working knowledge of scripting languages or relevant programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, Java)
• Experience with big data tools or analytical software (e.g., Athena/Presto, Tableau/Looker, R or SAS)
