Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned marketing producer / project manager for our creative production team. This team will be responsible for supporting various marketing functions to create efficiencies within production processes and to enable best in class marketing work and creative experimentation at scale. This producer partners with internal and external partners in the creation (concepting, development and production) of all of our marketing creative assets for on and off our platform. The producer role is integral to bringing all pieces of creative together.

The ideal candidate will be energized by the idea of co-building this team and it’s processes from the ground up in a hands-on role and driven by a culture of disruption and constant experimentation.

This person should have great understanding of the creative process, as well as the technical process and how the two intersect.

What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end marketing production process ensuring all creative deliverables are accounted for, on time and within budget
• Define project requirements and day to day project management
• Manage creative requests for each title/marketing initiative with internal and external stakeholders including product, marketing, PR, content and legal
• Ability to quickly pivot and adapt to our ever-changing industry without losing focus on our business goals
• Produce 360 campaigns with a heavy focus on mobile placements but also produce creative for digital placements, AV and OOH
• Partner with Creative Leads within the Brand & Content team to ensure we are producing creative that’s scalable and adheres to industry best practices
• Leverage and manage external agencies to produce breakthrough creative that fits Quibi’s brand guidelines

What You'll Need:

• 6+ years experience producing design, video and html5 –based marketing creative
• 2+ years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company; Media and Entertainment experience a plus
• Proven experience across digital marketing domain, e.g. content creation, digital advertising campaigns, mobile, and digital platforms
• Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and a champion of efficiency
• Have an enthusiastic outlook to problem-solving and be committed to constant experimentation and challenge the status quo
• Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage entrepreneurial environment
• High energy, positive can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s degree
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
