We are building the next-generation platform for the guest service industry, and are looking for an events coordinator (contract position) to help our sales and marketing teams prepare to attend and display the brand at industry trade shows and conferences.

Scope of Work:

  • Coordinate event logistics i.e. registration for attendees, day-of-event purchasing, and shipping logistics.
  • Prepare proper pre-event documentation for day-of-deployment.
  • Manage and purchase event collateral.
  • Maintain inventory of booth supplies and demo equipment.
  • In-house point of contact for all day-of details (up to 3 events per quarter).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years event coordinating experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Specific experience with hospitality technology, sales & advertising, networking
  • Experience with consumer-facing, and/or corporate development events a major plus

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task with a level head
  • Experience managing various lines of business (sales, marketing, logistics)
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude; no job is too big or too small
  • Clearly communicate expectation of deliverables
  • Google Applications, Mac Applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
