The Role:

We’re looking for an organized and creative team-player to support the strategy, planning, execution and reporting of customer acquisition and CRM initiatives across Brand, Sports and Music & Entertainment campaigns. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, this candidate will draft, schedule and implement email, SMS and push notifications as well as support paid advertising planning for Autograph’s collection drops and brand moments. This candidate should be a data-driven, solution-oriented self-starter who understands and embraces the balance of art and science of marketing. In this coordinator position, the candidate will also be expected to participate in collective product marketing plan discussions across Autograph’s Brand, Sport and Music & Entertainment verticals, support creating and updating marketing decks and be willing to support the greater business as needed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Under the leadership of the Growth Marketing Lead, this candidate will own the day-to-day planning, coordination and implementation of CRM initiatives across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app alert, an web push alerts as well as paid advertising for campaigns
  • Manage set-up and implementation of all manual and automated CRM programs (including marketing, triggered and transactional campaigns) to ensure timely, accurate launches
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to update email and in-product alert templates as necessary based on industry best practices and brand standards
  • Maintain compliance with email marketing legal landscape (CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR compliance)
  • Propose and run ongoing A/B tests to continually improve cross-channel messaging performance
  • Work with the Growth Marketing Lead to evaluate, analyze, and execute strategies for customer acquisition to drive new user growth
  • Assist with building and managing paid advertising campaigns end-to-end: conceptualization, implementation, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting
  • Collect and synthesize key performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, cost per action, etc for channel optimization and internal reporting  
  • Own and be thinking about ways to add to and/or enhance internal reporting documentation for easy, on-demand reference
  • Determine areas of opportunity to experiment and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Continuously measure and optimize cross-channel campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team members to coordinate the delivery, scheduling and communication of paid + CRM plans  
  • Support the upkeep of all marketing project related documents, keeping necessary stakeholders up to date on important changes and deadlines
  • Exercise informed decision making across all stages of the campaign, working autonomously when appropriate to seek answers as opposed to waiting for direction
  • Professionally interact with high-profile partners and management groups when necessary
  • Communicate effectively across all company departments

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of CRM marketing experience for brands, artists, influencers or media (experience with Braze, Iterable, or similar messaging platform preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience with paid advertising, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Google/YouTube
  • Very strong organizational skills 
  • Desire to push complex projects across the finish line under tight timelines
  • Creativity to test and learn new formats within each platform to drive new user growth 
  • Example of marketing campaigns supported through the planning process
  • Proven understanding of current trends and relevant topics/themes/ideas
  • Examples of interacting with high-profile clients or partners
  • Basic understanding of creating internal marketing decks
  • Basic understanding of Google Doc suite
  • Growth-mindset; you actively seek solutions to small and large challenges

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of NFT space
  • Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment with an understanding of the difference between coding for the web and coding for email
