Reporting into the Manager of CRM, the Email & Mobile Marketing Associate is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of Atom’s content and lifecycle marketing efforts. Leveraging our Marketing Cloud Provider, Braze, you will be responsible for CRM execution (Email, Mobile Push, and In-app & Desktop messaging) across Atom’s native mobile apps and website. You will work cross-functionally with other marketing, product, data, customer service and design stakeholders to launch integrated cultivation & retention campaigns to ensure we’re serving the right message through the right channel at the right time to the right customers. Ultimately, the goals are to drive customer loyalty, increase lifetime value and ultimately turn customers into evangelists.

The ideal candidate has experience in email marketing, segmentation and marketing automation tools.  And - as a data-driven organization - we’re looking for candidates with strong quantitative and analytical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic self-starter with high operational acumen and an entrepreneurial itch to make a big impact in a growing organization.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

 

·       Oversee the day-to-day management of email/push marketing calendar and production of email campaigns from start to end including cross-functional creative trafficking, implementation, deployment and optimization

·       Closely monitor campaign performance tracking and optimizing core KPIs (e.g. delivery, opens, clicks, etc.)

·       Maintain weekly dashboards reporting on KPIs and making recommendations based on findings

·       Sustain a consistent cadence of A/B testing (subject line, content, time of day, content, landing pages channel, frequency) iterating and improving upon existing + new initiatives

·       Help guide email segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies (e.g. cadence & frequency)

·       Partner with our Marketing Cloud and internal IT to improve back-end automation, as well as to launch and optimize customer journeys, triggers and automations

 

You Should Have:

 

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing

·       Experience with HTML, Photoshop and Dreamweaver or similar tools

·       Experience using an Enterprise Marketing Cloud/Email Service Provider (ESP) – prior experience with Braze/Appboy a plus

·       Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and email/push best practices

·       Track-record of success driving significant results

·       High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

·       The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired

·       Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
