We’re looking for an experienced email marketer with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering high quality campaigns in a fast-paced, mission-driven, customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate would possess solid experience leveraging advanced email marketing tools such as Iterable and Movable Ink, an obsession for detail, and a desire to be a part of a friendly team of mission-driven marketing professionals.

What You'll Do

• Design and build multiple email campaigns in different ESP’s
• Support the work of the Email Marketing Manager and coordinate email production with them
• Act as the final QA step in email production
• Report on campaign performance as needed
• Maintain consistently high level of quality across projects and schedules
• Support company goals and collaboration between team
• Generate new ideas and seek new responsibilities/learning opportunities
• Use data & analytics to optimize campaign design and building
• Optimize use of customer insights and data-driven tests

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years building and QA’ing email marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with render testing tools a bonus (Emails on Acid, Litmus, 250ok, etc)
• Email centric HTML-CSS skills a bonus
• Ability to move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
