Your Role:

In collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing the Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, creative design, content development, execution, management, optimization, and reporting of Faraday Future’s email marketing program. This role will be instrumental in helping the organization achieve its customer acquisition and conversion goals. The ideal candidate will have solid email marketing experience with list growth, copywriting, HTML, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and third-party email tools.  

The responsibilities of this role include the following:

  • Oversee strategic planning of FF email marketing program
  • Own day-to-day execution of email campaigns including building, scheduling, testing, deploying, and reporting 
  • Lead the creation of email lifecycles and workflows, along with the associated email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
  • Develop and deploy a comprehensive email testing strategy for optimal conversion, delivery times, cadence, email design, messaging, content, and personalization
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for personalization and segmentation including analyzing customer preferences and behavior
  • Develop strategies for growing FF email list, testing on-site and off-site placements while ensuring list hygiene, deliverability and reputation
  • Track and analyze quantifiable performance of creative, content and audience segments to achieve customer acquisition and conversion goals
  • Develop comprehensive reports detailing all email marketing KPIs (delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, and unsubscribes)
  • Coordinate with Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Design, CRM, and Sales teams to develop email template designs, content, messaging, scheduling, and tracking for all email sends
  • Develop email calendar in conjunction with other marketing and business initiatives, as well as managing ad hoc email requests
  • Monitor and minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of FF email sends
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current industry best practices, CAN-SPAM, FF privacy policy, and FF legal requirements
  • Write, proof and QA all email campaigns to ensure 100% error free execution
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and other technologies to support email campaign execution

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of email marketing experience 
  • Experience with all aspects of email marketing including, but not limited to creative design, HTML coding, content creation, deliverability, A/B testing, audience segmentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Proven track record in creating, executing and managing email marketing programs to meet business goals
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field
  • Strong ability to code responsive design emails using HTML/CSS
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills including reviewing copy for clarity, content, grammar, and spelling
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics technology and tools
  • Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills with a proactive “can-do” attitude 
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines with exemplary attention to detail
  • Strong collaborator and facilitator and able to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Movable Ink
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  • Intermediate AMPscript knowledge
