Summary:

This role is responsible for strategic input and execution of emails for Nordstromrack.com | HauteLook. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

A day in the life...

• Manage promotion calendars and wireframes to create email strategy
• Create campaign briefs & initiate kickoffs with agency partners
• Support Segmentation matrices and facilitate execution of marketing campaigns
• Support in optimizing all campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, send time, etc.
• Support development of testing plans, report results, and provide recommendations
• Avid mobile first approach to optimizing all email templates
• Track campaign effectiveness and optimize results
• Create and measuring weekly dashboards around email KPIs and making recommendations based on findings
• Monitor email send counts, engagement, and revenue across all campaigns
• Ensure emails are executed utilizing best business practices to optimize results
• Responsible for flawless execution on all emails — QA content, linking, segmentation, etc.
• Manage end-to-end production of all emails — this includes email development, campaign setup, reporting, and daily monitoring
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Tech, Event Ops, and Brand Sales) to ensure timely deliveries of all creative assets are scheduled prior to deployment.
• Support in maintaining email deliverability across all IPs

You own this if you have...

• Degree in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of email marketing experience in fashion ecommerce
• Experience working with ESPs and email vendors
• Experience with key email metrics to support and recommend innovative marketing strategies
• Strong Microsoft Office and analytical skills
• Knowledge in CAN-SPAM and email best practices
• Experience with Dreamweaver, HTML Coding and CSS
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn tools and processes
• Impeccable attention to detail and quality assurance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
