An Insider's view of MediaCom

What's something quirky about your company?

Spontaneous stretch sessions in the middle of the day, basketball challenges when an afternoon break is needed, and the cutest office dogs that you’ve ever seen. Human Resources Business Partner

What does your typical day look like?

My role straddles both strategic and tactical planning as well as the management of partner and client relationships. My day consists of project management with my team to ensure we are meeting client deadlines - campaign planning and implementation, tactical recommendations, reporting, pacing and billing... with some breaks for yoga in between!

Senior Associate, Digital Investment

What does career growth look like on your team?

We define what career growth means for each team member. At the beginning, growth comes in developing knowledge base and technical skills. The more senior you get, the emphasis is on new responsibilities and developing leadership skills. Collectively, we map out a growth plan tailored to their professional goals.
