We're currently looking for a Director of Publisher Development who will be responsible for onboarding, developing, and maintaining new partnerships with digital publishers, video ad platforms, influencer networks, and ad networks.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new publishers to partner with to expand our reach
- Provide ongoing platform expertise and best practices
- Maintain strong relationships with existing publishers
- Recommend appropriate targeting, offers and creative marketing strategies for maximum efficiency of advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyze publisher success and trends to ensure that the clients' commitments are fulfilled and that accompanying revenue and margin forecasts are achieved
- Provide rationale and justification of plan placements to help sales team sell concepts and inventory
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the campaigns are executed as planned, course correct as needed
- Verify billing data for finance department and help resolve third party reporting and collection issues
- Research and gather product information to support and enhance new business prospecting activities and proposals
- Focus on growth opportunities for Prodege
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience/training required
- 2-5 years’ experience in the online direct marketing or pricing for online advertising campaigns
- Structure, lead and close agreements/contracts with the large premium digital publishers
- Experience in online media planning, advertising and buying; reporting, forecasting and profit analysis is highly desired
- A solid foundation in website analytics, as well as, experience in measuring the performance of digital display media and emerging tactics in mobile and social marketing
- Highly proficient at analyzing and interpreting data; able to synthesize information from a variety of sources and translate into effective, actionable reports and plans
- Experience with various marketing campaign management tools (Affiliate Aggregators, Web Analytics Suites, Campaign Tracking, Ad Serving)
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented, well organized, independent, and have the ability to work under tight deadlines with shifting priorities
- Strong knowledge with working on a number of platforms and demonstrated expertise using CRMs (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc), and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and relationship skills
