Aspiration is looking for an analytical, growth focused marketing leader to grow our customer base with a focus on large scale data-driven customer acquisition.  The right candidate is a mix of visionary and strategic thinker, all about keeping up with digital marketing trends and obsessed with tracking and reporting on the results.       

Key position requirements:

• Develop and implement new paid marketing strategies, campaigns, and channels to drive growth 
• Ability to think outside the box to come up with effective and innovative campaigns that leverage our unique mission-focused brand
• Lead the execution of data-driven tests to determine the viability of new strategies
• Work with channel leads to optimize SEM, mobile, Facebook, and other digital channels
• Evaluate results and make data-driven recommendations to senior executives
• Ensure that brand messaging and identity are reflected across the entire customer journey
• Develop solutions that span multiple business goals, from awareness and acquisition through to referral
• Work with internal creative teams and agencies as necessary to deliver world class marketing campaigns
• Explore the potential of a range of emerging and established/offline channels, driven by a keen understanding of the customer journey
• A focus on results, a bias for action and exceptional organizational and teamwork skills

Nice-to-have:

• 5+ years experience working with a leading consumer-focused technology startup or fast-moving, innovative brand
• 2-3 years experience with digital acquisition
• Familiarity working with both internal creative/design teams and external agencies (creative, strategy and media buying)
• Familiarity with data & analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker and Mixpanel
