Seeking an exceptional talent to own the role of Director of Marketing, DTC. If you are passionate about customer experience and authentically committed to building programs to gain and keep the loyalty of cherished customers, you will thrive in this role. The impact you will have:

  • Develop a strategy that will revolutionize the way marketing is done to drive direct to consumer online revenue for restaurants
  • Collaborate with the brand management team to drive paid traffic across direct to consumer platforms, including white label websites and google business listings
  • Develop SEO strategies to drive organic traffic
  • Analyze website traffic and define business requirements for A/B testing updated user experiences to optimize conversion 
  • Drive strategy and execution for acquiring repeat customers through an annual and quarterly calendar of unique menu offerings, promotions and loyalty initiatives
  • Identify new infrastructure, platforms and partners to support CRM initiatives across email, SMS and other channels
  • Manage ratings and reviews to gain insights on customer needs and develop brand advocates
  • Implement re-marketing efforts including online and direct mail initiatives
  • Develop quarterly business reviews that report on trends and key KPI’s across DTC channels and deliver consumer insights for brand development and brand marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate across Brand Development, Brand Management, Engineering and Creative teams

What you bring to the role:

  • 10+ years of experience in restaurant, consumer technology or CPG marketing 
  • Demonstrated experience implementing loyalty programs and customer retention plans
  • Data driven strategy successExperience identifying and reporting P&L findings
  • Ability to strategize, collaborate, and prioritize across teams
  • Flexibility, adaptability, team-player, highly collaborative
  • Proficient with Google Suite
