Award-winning AI company ringDNA is searching for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to increase strategic engagement with priority customer segments. You’ll work with our marketing, sales and customer success teams to execute strategies and create content that fuels faster product adoption, boosts retention, introduces new products to existing customers, moves stuck sales opportunities, and enhances the overall customer experience. This is a very hands-on role that combines product marketing with traditional nurturing, email marketing and other functions. Team collaboration within a group of highly skilled, insightful and thoughtful marketers is essential.

About You

  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for using marketing technology to drive growth
  • Fascination with what makes different businesses successful
  • 5-7+ years working as a SaaS marketer in the sales technology or marketing technology landscape
  • 5-7+ years expertise managing and curating customer segments within Salesforce
  • Demonstrated expertise creating nurturing campaigns and drip campaigns within a major marketing automation tool such as Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot
  • Experience with sales enablement technology, an inside sales team, or sales development team

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong partnerships between Product Management, Sales and Customer Success with the mutual goal of expanding our current customer penetration and increasing product adoption
  • Develop strategies and automations designed to ensure a smooth, easy onboarding experience for new users of our product
  • Using a mix of data and anecdotal experiences, uncover key moments in the post-purchase journey that we can capitalize on for automating up-sells and increasing seat count
  • Develop and improve our customer persona segmentation, using these insights to improve your own efforts as well as inform the overall ringDNA marketing strategy 
  • Own day-to-day management of all lifecycle marketing channels & activities, including email, in-app messaging, customer involvement in marketing events, and printed materials as needed
  • Monitor & regularly report on KPIs relating to the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns and outcomes
