About the Role

Fashion Nova is seeking a Director of Influencer Marketing to manage our Influencer strategy across gifting, events and activations, and social content. This person will be responsible for the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across social and offline channels. They will also manage our growing influencer team and help optimize and scale our existing programs, reporting into our CEO. You will also work closely with our in house creative team to drive impact across all social channels and be responsible for establishing and building relationships with key industry partners on social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and grow the influencer team to increase our impressions
  • Coach and train the team on how to manage influencer selection, negotiations, delinquency, and engagement
  • Enforce KPIs across the influencer outreach department
  • Oversee the team’s influencer gifting process to drive acquisition and brand awareness
  • Measure success of social media activations
  • Manage contracts and negotiations on influencer deals
  • Work cross-functionality to align influencer strategy around the merchandising calendar, major marketing initiatives, store and experiential events
  • Develop and manage an Influencer calendar that we can leverage across all our social channels
  • Partner with CEO on ideation and execution of new strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of influencer marketing experience at Manager or above level for a fashion e-
    commerce brand
  • Experience managing influencer marketing team(s) of at least 10
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal communications and negotiation skills
  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape and community management through
    competitive research and industry expertise
  • Must be a strong relationship builder - leverage your established network to access new Fashion
    Nova connections
  • Excellent time management and crisis management skills
  • Knowledgeable of trending in pop culture, fashion, and lifestyle landscape
