We are looking for an exceptionally organized data insight-driven marketer to own and manage paid digital growth channels to significantly and aggressively increase efficient growth through social, search, and mobile.

What You'll Do

  • Own paid digital channels growth, including social, search and mobile, with accountability for aggressive quality account growth goals
  • Manage internal and external resources, and internal/external processes including coordinating cross-functionally with Creative, Product Growth, Data/Analytics, and Compliance regularly
  • Guide cross-functional teams to test ideas to improve lead volume, conversion, ARPU, CPA/CAC, payback and other company metrics
  • Clearly understand and optimize acquisition and conversion funnels, from initial lead capture through to monetization, retention, and referral
  • Guide and collaborate with teams to ensure delivery of acquisition-focused creative and UX/landing page experiences 
  • Work hands-on where necessary and collaboratively with others to identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Bring energy, creativity and a data-driven results and experimentation approach

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of relevant experience including strong track record efficiently growing accounts/customers through Facebook/IG, Adwords and other paid digital channels
  • Startup scaling experience a plus
  • Understanding of and direct experience with all relevant tools including Facebook and Google ad buying and analytics ecosystems, Google Analytics, Looker, Adjust and Amplitude
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition budgets
