The Role

As the Director of Engagement Services, you will play a critical role in developing, building and fulfilling on the vision of MomentFeed’s Social Engagement services. Engagement Services are at the core of how we develop a deeper level of connection to our clients. The Director oversees each team member’s bandwidth and priorities, across several client initiatives. The Director of Engagement Management will lead the strategy required to drive a successful program for MomentFeed’s most strategic accounts. They will help manage the growth and evolution of Engagement Services and play a key contributor role in developing such programs. The Director will lead the Engagement Services team and develop assets to be used when executing the ever-evolving strategy. The Director will help facilitate internal team relationships as well as relationships with the client’s corporate representatives. 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work to build and establish a new line of services dedicated to the growth, adoption and management of our social solutions.
  • Provide immediate support to our most strategic Enterprise accounts to establish a level of leadership support.
  • Work with MomentFeed’s executive team in shaping how services are delivered from your team.
  • Build out the value story of Engagement Services through establishing success metrics with our clients and achieving those results.
  • Manage a small yet growing team: responsible for helping hire and train individuals brought on within each area of service.
  • Work across various Facebook partnership teams to develop stronger relationships across our mutual clients.
  • Help in scoping and developing new Paid Social opportunities for both platform and services.
  • Elicit client feedback to help direct social media and paid media product enhancements

 Position Requirements

  • Deep level of Facebook’s advertising platform and buying strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Hands on social campaign implementation and management experience
  • Ability to perform strategic client reviews to identify client needs or workflow gaps
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • 5+ years experience in client services and/or technical project management
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA a pus
