We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to join the KEYPR marketing team. The right candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to improve KEYPR’s online presence and drive outbound and inbound demand generation across all digital channels including CRM, paid search, SEO, social media, etc. The right candidate is all about keeping up with digital marketing trends and obsessed with tracking and reporting on the results.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategy,  set-up and calendaring for all of KEYPR’s digital channels

  • Manage KEYPR’s on-page SEO and off-page SEO

  • Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels

  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread

  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns

  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure content is up to date and being utilized effectively

  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to SEO, social media marketing, attribution, and media buying

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in B2B Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Demand / Lead Generation

  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results

  • Strong knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates

  • Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools

  • Proficiency using CRM and databases and experience with HubSpot a major plus

  • Versatile team player with the ability to get projects across the finish line

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment and juggle priorities with limited information
