About Role

The Director of Creative Content leads all of Route's visual efforts and photo/video content within the Experience Team's goals and initiatives. They oversee the visual storytelling around Route and our Founder/CEO, Evan Walker while ensuring the same look and feel is represented across various platforms and brings the brand to life in an exciting, strategic, and captivating way. The Director of Creative Content will work directly with the Chief of Staff, Creative Director, and within the Experience Division. They will create unique and engaging digital/social, web/mobile, and marketing/advertising content that aligns with company wide goals. This person is an expert photographer and videographer, with the ability to execute in a fast paced, ever changing and evolving environment. This is a hands on Director role, and it is expected that this person be willing to travel often, shoot and edit same day, and be game for an adventure of a lifetime!

*Overall, you will be able to transform and grow both the Route brand and Evan Walker's personal brand through adventurous and inspiring storytelling. This role is part of a unique division of our company dedicated to PR, marketing, design, and future projects.

As the company moves forward, Allen plans to connect mentors and mentees to provide growth opportunities for everyone — knowing that when the individual gets stronger, so does the whole company.
