In this role you will:

• Manage support tickets and work to find solutions (account issues, website changes, social media)
• Work closely with clients to find quick fixes to their issues
• Support our web team with current projects

The right candidate has these skills:

• Experience with web design or a basic knowledge of HTML is not required but is preferred
• Must be well-written and have a positive mentality
• The ability to communicate with clients directly
• Punctual, organized, and able to multitask
• Agency or startup experience is not required but is preferred
