Why you're important to us:

The role of a Digital Marketing Specialist is crucial to the success of the PatientPop Services department. You are the go-to digital marketing expert for our CSM team and our customers. Success in this role will contribute to the seamless onboarding of our customers, high customer satisfaction scores, effective marketing campaign management, a reduction in service churn, and words of praise from the many team members you work cross-functionally with.


How you will contribute:

The role of the Digital Marketing Specialist is the face of the Services department and the go-to expert for our digital marketing services at PatientPop.

  • Work cross-functionally with our Customer Success team to effectively manage up to 300 accounts, help build customer relationships, and assist cross-selling add-on services based on the customer’s needs
  • Manage accounts and projects with the delivery team to ensure that all of your customer requests are handled effectively and in a timely manner
  • Assist our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to help close sales opportunities, onboard and launch services, provide ongoing exceptional customer service, handle inbound customer requests and feedback
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and operations at scale across various channels such as social media, blogs, and Google advertising for our customers.
  • Learn all about the digital marketing solutions that PatientPop has to offer so you can become a master at recommending and project managing our digital marketing solutions to private practices
  • Project manage the execution of campaigns with the delivery teams to ensure the effective execution of campaigns for our customers
  • Relay performance trends and optimization tactics to the delivery team as well as the CSMs and customers.
  • Analyze and communicate performance results throughout the lifetime of the customer as you continuously work with the CSM to optimize the marketing strategy to drive results.

  • Understanding of digital marketing and the in-depth benefits of our blog, advertising, and social media services

  • Comfortable with selling/upsells 
  • Proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity, both with customers and internal teams
  • A true customer advocate who knows what it means to go above and beyond for the customer
  • Creative, problem solver who probes to understand the why behind the what
  • Empathetic, flexible, and adaptable
  • Technical Skills: Blog, social media, SEO, and/or PPC account management experience is a plus
