About the Job.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for lead generation across all of Gimbal’s digital and offline efforts. In this role, you will build and optimize campaigns to increase the awareness of Gimbal’s brand, generate marketing and sales-qualified leads, and convert prospects with an eye towards optimizing budgets for the top-performing channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing the full cycle of all Gimbal paid and owned digital marketing initiatives (Search, Social, Display, and Email)

  • Leading all campaign strategies including trafficking, QA, pacing, and delivery 

  • Working with Marketing team to create and refine effective ad, landing page, marketing automation, and sales copy

  • Reporting and tracking campaign effectiveness via KPIs, sharing regular updates and insights to the Director of Marketing and leadership team

  • Managing campaign budgets and shifting spend across channels to increase ROI

  • Building targeted audiences from a variety of data sources (Salesforce, web visitors, event lists, etc.) to deliver relevant content across channels

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other internal teams (Sales Operations, Ad Operations) as Gimbal’s paid marketing expert

  • A systems thinker — you’re known for creating beauty out of chaos and can visualize (and build) each component of your conversion engine

What you have:

  • 3+ years experience building paid/owned marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager, preferably at a B2B sales organization

  • 1+ years experience using Pardot (Salesforce) to build and launch email marketing campaigns

  • Experience setting up landing pages, launching A/B tests, and optimizing towards conversion on a variety of metrics

  • Advanced experience using Google Analytics and Excel for performance analysis

  • Experience running successful branding and Account-Based Marketing campaigns

  • Proficiency in LTV/CAC modeling and segmenting

  • Bachelor's in Advertising, Marketing, Math, Econ, or related field
