PaymentCloud is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be under the direct supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, you will help plan and facilitate the overall digital marketing strategy. Additionally, he/she should have a general understanding of public relations, content production, copywriting, and SEO practices.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work alongside the Marketing Team, therefore, you will have to be in sync and contribute to improving campaigns with new and innovative ideas. Strong candidates will be able to handle a vast amount of work and will be eager to learn about the payments industry. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution. You should be organized, thorough, and eager to contribute to projects--as no assignment should be too big or too small.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with operational teams to identify key opportunities
  • Build and execute global integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of products, apps, and services
  • Oversee cross-channel, integrated digital marketing campaigns end-to-end from research and strategy, media buying and tracking, creative concept and asset development, execution, optimization, and post-launch review
  • Liaison with the development team to make website changes and updates
  • Collaborate and build relationships with broad cross-functional partners including brand and design, marketing, engineering, analytics, product, and external partners and agencies

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, , or related field
  • Website management and technology experience including Photoshop, CMS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Experience with problem-solving and analytical skills including conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, data visualization, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights & recommendations
  • Experience leading and managing marketing database, SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with various Facebook Interfaces: Ads Manager, Business Manager, Page Insights
  • Experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Facebook Attribution)
  • Experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy campaigns
  • Experience presenting ideas to several stakeholders at once
  • Experience collaborating and coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams
  • Experience with digital marketing and digital measurement latest trends and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
