This position requires the individual to build Marketing department from the ground up and, subject to performance, lead it. This role reports directly to the C-suite and works in close collaboration with Sales, Tech, Business Development and Operations key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for innovating, implementing and overseeing the digital marketing aspects of the business and driving Relocity’s marketing Strategy. You will be a critical member of our company and will engage in activities that will include creating digital marketing campaigns, executing and managing performances and strategies across all channels, attracting new clients and enriching the current business partnerships. You will need to plan, forecast and manage digital media spend, interpret and utilize numbers to make decisions that drive our business forward.

Who you are:

  • Experienced and passionate marketer who’s looking for a high growth opportunity in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Analytical, creative, social media savvy and up to date on emerging trends and tactics
  • Significant digital marketing experience for a successful B2B or B2C brand that generates a high share of sales from digital commerce
  • Proven track record of leading both brand and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through digital, social, mobile, and emerging media channels
  • Has a “can-do” attitude and is willing to take on ad-hoc tasks and challenges when needed
  • A collaborative spirit and team leader with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage and drive business discussions with influence

What you’ll accomplish at Relocity: 

  • Create the proper engagement and sales strategies including building and implementing programs to activate B2B & B2C leads and developing the appropriate customer experiences
  • Manage digital projects, primarily the planning and execution of social media campaigns, web content management, and inbound & outbound email marketing
  • Execute on inbound, outbound marketing and social media strategies through researching, benchmarking, testing, audience identification, and analyzing KPI’s
  • Project manage creative asset development and copywriting to ensure deliverables are on track
  • Direct strategies to test, optimize, and scale our performance marketing efforts
  • Identify and implement marketing technology tools and systems in order to enhance our digital marketing and overall customer experience
  • Build creative ways to build brand loyalty within our audiences and achieve the greatest reach through compelling visual storytelling and content
  • Develop and enhance our sales presentations on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 3-5 years of social media, email and online marketing experience from small to medium size companies
  • Proven track record of delivering results, increasing organic search traffic and sales
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft (or other outbound tool), Hubspot (or other inbound tool), website analytics and technical SEO tools 
  • Strong experience in creating presentations (in PowerPoint and Keynote), brochures, flyers, annual reports, newsletters, publications and information graphics
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
