About the Position:

If you don’t have a deep working knowledge of Facebook Ads stemming from significant experience managing Facebook Ads at scale, this is not the job for you!

Lead | In a word, charisma. The DMAS interfaces with internal and external teams, connecting the dots strategically and relationally. That’s because both are necessary ingredients for turning dreams into realities–you can’t win without a good strategy, and you can’t execute for a client who doesn’t trust you. The DMAS loves to own the leadership of both.

Analyze | CTC clients are paying lots of money for CTC’s services, and whether they realize it or not, the main thing they’re really spending on is a set of brains at work. The DMAS leads the growth team in interpreting the endless onslaught of data available to digital marketers (especially from Facebook Ads), gleaning key insights to create the game plan for the mental output that comes next.

Communicate | Imagine that a recent campaign has increased a client’s ROAS significantly thanks to some particularly high-performing creative. Who needs to know about it? First and foremost, the client. So the DMAS jump on a call (or fly to the client’s office) to explain the data and celebrate. Second, the CTC growth team can only win bigger the next time around if they know how they won this time. So the DMAS rounds up the troops, distills the data, and explains the key takeaways.

Grow | There’s a reason we call them “growth teams.” CTC isn’t just producing and distributing ads; CTC is growing companies. Since CTC structures partnerships so that the client’s growth leads to CTC’s growth, incentives are aligned and everybody wins when this happens. The DMAS is charged with leading that growth, not only by executing strategic digital marketing plans, but by connecting clients to other CTC services (like influencer partnerships, brand development, and video content creation) that keep pouring digital fuel on the ecommerce fire.

 

About You:

We hire for effort and interest at CTC and have found our successful DMAs encompass:

  • Significant experience creating and optimizing Facebook/Instagram ads at scale. This is the #1 requirement for this job, and if you haven’t done this, this isn’t the position for you.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, preferred
  • Confident interpersonal communicator and relationship builder
  • Expert knowledge of the following: Website Optimization, Email Marketing, SEM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads, New digital customer acquisition channels
  • An ability to think about a brand’s 360º digital approach from digital ads all the way down through the sales funnel
  • Google expert in Drive and Calendar
  • Skilled in ASANA or relevant project management software preferred
  • Experienced creative thinker offering a fresh perspective while working to understand and refine approach in an iterative way
  • Communicate ideas in a clear and compelling manner, within CTC teams as well as with clients
  • Solid understanding of user interfaces across desktop, tablet and mobile devices; and the differences of user behavior between each
  • Obsessiveness about problem-solving and strategic thinking while inspiring CTC with your awesome personality.
