BuzzyBooth is a fast-growing company that is changing the way that businesses are doing marketing. We provide photo kiosks at restaurants and bars to help turn their customers into brand advocates, and our marketing automation helps them bring more customers back to the business so business owners can focus on making more money. We are currently in over 450 locations, growing 15% MoM. 

We're currently looking for an analytical and creative Digital Marketer who is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. We are looking for an individual who is unafraid of failure, tenaciously curious; constantly asking “why?” and seeking new tests, new answers, new ways of solving problems. You're driven to improve KPIs with direct response funnels and explore how different industries achieve success. Data is your lifeblood, and how you measure performance.


Responsibilities: 

- Implement and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Google & Bing, Facebook & Instagram, Criteo, Taboola
- Consistently test dozens of ads and audiences at the same time, focusing on the KPIs that count at every phase. 
- Provide regular insight into campaign performance with an ability to go “beyond the metrics” and give analysis that business leaders can understand & appreciate 
- Execute thorough analysis on competitors (activities, messaging, offers) and prospect customers (interests, pain points, demographics) for the purpose of launching and optimizing better campaigns 
- Own the top-down strategy for multiple platforms per client, holistically mapping the appropriate offers and messaging to audiences in different stages of the acquisition funnel 
- Drive creation of top-tier ads in a variety of formats (text, video, GIF, responsive), either by hands-on manipulation or managing other creative executors 
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance with complementary efforts (landing pages, email drips, onboarding improvements, etc.) that can be communicated to the client as a value-add or upsell 
- Create in-depth SEO assets and tactics for targeting strategic keywords in the competitive landscape. 
- Lead website optimization and creative testing to better understand user behavior, trends and identify new opportunities for growth. 
- Have ownership over customer acquisition costs and figuring out the most efficient ways of getting high quality customers.
- Understanding how customers are navigating the website and A/B testing changes to increase conversion and revenue


Requirement:

-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) 
-Have a deep understanding of paid digital channels and tactics to drive revenue and growth
-Think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the marketing strategy
-Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels 
-Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
-A "doer", who will take initiative and execute efficiently, hitting deadlines.
