As Digital Growth Strategist, one’s main focus would be to oversee a portfolio of marketing campaigns from initial strategy to day to day optimization strategy. We're looking for someone who has experience taking the lead on strategizing and optimizing the acquisition funnel through all channels.

Primary Focus:
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of enabling their clients to maximize the impact of their advertising campaigns through the use of a range of media and solutions.

Responsibilities include evaluation and strategy: 

  • Data Analysis - be curious
  • Experience Design - apply emotion
  • Search - get them found
  • Performance Marketing - reach further
  • Technology - get ahead of what’s next 

Day to day:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Create and implement tests to achieve actionable results 
  • Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Serve as the main point of contact on accounts

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have worked at an agency in the same role for at least 3 years
  • 3+ Years of client management including strategy development, execution & client relationship management
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background, minimally 3 years of Google Analytics usage
  • Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Analyze performance data and KPI

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or general business
