Demand Generation Marketing Manager
About the Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Headspace:
Headspace is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, based in our Santa Monica office, reporting into the Director of Demand Generation. It’s an exciting time to be joining the rapidly growing B2B division of Headspace and we’re looking for someone to take us to the next level. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong track record of B2B marketing success and is passionate about our mission to improve the health and happiness of the world.
How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:
- Assist in the development of the overall marketing strategy to drive qualified leads/pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team
- Execute campaigns based on the strategy and track/measure campaign performance against set goals
- Provide weekly updates to management around the progress and performance of campaigns
- Develop strong relationships with the sales team to understand their needs and how to best support them
- Collaborate closely with the larger Headspace organization to facilitate the execution of campaigns
- Make out-of-the-box suggestions for how to effectively penetrate key accounts
- Execute and manage the budget for all field marketing events
- Own our marketing automation platform, develop nurture campaigns and provide best practices for how to successfully leverage our growing database
What you’ve accomplished:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
- Technical expertise operating a Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot/Eloqua/Marketo)
- Ability to negotiate vendor contracts and accurately manage a budget
- Experience managing field marketing events (trade shows, networking events, dinners, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment required
- Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of marketing best practices (Account Based Marketing experience a plus!)
- Strong organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment
- Team player with the desire to learn and grow
