We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us with our next phase of growth and to build high quality demand and efficient pipeline for long term success.

You have an appetite for results and the project management capabilities to achieve them. You thrive on stitching together multiple marketing touchpoints to lead our target customers on a rewarding buying journey. You are the critical link that connects the efforts of product marketing, content marketing, design, and sales to guide our customers to choose us. You have a talent for configuring sales and marketing software solutions according to best practices, building healthy data integrations and reporting, and keeping multiple stakeholders informed and on track. You are eager to dive into a complex, quickly growing space and generate demand for our product across channels.

In this role you will:

  • Build and drive the campaign execution strategy and detailed plan/timeline, including channel mix, content plan, promotional components, and overall timeline
  • Create innovative marketing programs, campaigns and promotions across various channels, such as website, email marketing, events, online advertising, webinars, social media, and SEM
  • Partner with sales to inform and educate on campaigns and programs that help drive opportunity generation and integrate sales development and outreach into holistic demand gen campaigns
  • Partner with field and event marketing to ensure on- and offline coordination of marketing touchpoints to build qualified pipeline
  • Forecast, track and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders
  • Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize leads and conversion
  • Source and evaluate data enrichment, lead source, and other demand vendors/tools to accelerate growth
  • Hone your demand generation skillset and teach others through collaborative participation as part of a supportive marketing team

We are looking for:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 6+ years B2B demand generation experience delivering highly successful integrated campaigns that drove pipeline results
  • Ability to integrate multiple marketing touchpoints into coherent, well-executed campaigns, along with the ability to develop appropriate A/B tests and provide recommendations/optimizations based on campaign performance data
  • Proficiency with common marketing tech stack software (Hubspot, Wordpress, GoogleAds, Salesforce, webinar hosting, Zapier, Demandbase, etc)
  • Basic relevant technical design skills to develop, format, troubleshoot, and execute creative formats in accordance with campaign strategy (i.e. rich email, web banner takeovers, webinar hosting, landing pages and lead forms, etc), such as HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience with B2B enterprise sales and account-based marketing or outbound demand generation
  • Test and learn mentality with current knowledge of tactics to gauge and effect demand marketing success
  • Comfortable communicating early and often to relevant stakeholders about campaign plans, timelines, requirements, progress and results
  • Specialized experience in web development, HTML, CSS, Java a plus
