Neustar Services is looking to hire a Data Solution Architect as a member of our Solutions Enablement team. Working with Sales Engineering and Consulting Services, the employee will perform large scale data extracts and complex data mining to create audience targeting and ad media exposure metrics. The Data Solution Architect will use their expertise and decision making skills to assess requirements to obtain the most relevant and valuable data for analysis. The position will include creation of utilities to automate the data gathering and presentation / visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execution and delivery of high quality, creative analytical solutions and visualizations
• Creation of reusable software utilities that automate custom and standard services
• Mentoring and training customers and internal team members on big data technology stacks, data set best practices
• Investigation of internal and external data questions and issues

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of software development experience with an emphasis in big data science
• Curiosity
• Excellent flexibility with the ability to own concurrent analytic tasks
• Strong problem solving and requirements definition
• Experience in digital marketing analytics preferable
• Comfort with customer facing work
• The ability to travel up to 20%
• Relational Database Query Language (big data preferred)
• Software development skills (scripting (Python) and Java preferred)
• ETL (PIG, Hadoop, ETL Tools)
• Linux
• Visualization tools (Tableau, D3, etc)
• Workflow Tools (i. e. Talend, etc)
