Responsibilities

About the Team: Partnerships are a critical means by which we drive user growth, awareness, and usage of TikTok. We are looking for an experienced Creator Marketing Manager to support the TikTok creator strategy. You will be responsible for understanding creator needs, how TikTok addresses those needs and introducing TikTok to creators who may not have considered it as a platform to create videos. This role requires a passion for creators, creativity and technology. Responsibilities: 1. Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive positive brand perception for the TikTok creator community including core positioning and key messages for marketing campaigns 2. Launch new features and highlight our narrative through creators and public figures 3. Develop and execute marketing programs that drive ongoing adoption and awareness for TikTok amongst digital creators. 4. Deepen our understanding of demographic and international creators 5. Co-develop partnerships opportunities to drive creator marketing goals 6. Analyze user and creator insights and translate them into effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in brand marketing and/or relevant marketing, 2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Creative, Social Sciences or other related discipline 3. Experience with consumer campaigns 4. Project management experience 5. Strong working knowledge of TikTok, and other digital platforms 6. Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills 7. Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills 8. A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
