We are looking for a talented copywriter who wants to work in a fast-paced startup environment and focus on copywriting for paid media, landing pages, email/newsletters, and organic social media. The position will work primarily with the Content and Marketing teams to bring Ladder's voice to life.
This full-time position will report to Ladder’s Head of Content and will be based at our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.
What You’ll Do:
- Create copy for content across landing pages, email marketing, social and online shopping experiences
- Shape and evolve the tone and voice of the brand in collaboration with the content and the marketing team
- Write sales copy for paid media ads and improve overall social media marketing
- React to KPIs to help increase marketing engagement metrics (e.g. email open rates, click-throughs)
- Constantly A/B test and learn from the data
The following should describe you:
- 2-5 years experience in copywriting and editorial
- Direct response copywriting experience
- Proven track record of producing written content that increases engagement
- Strong editing/proofreading skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience working with CPG brands preferred
