The Role

We are looking for a Quantgene Content Producer. Your job will be to help plan, design and launch content across the customer journey and across audience segments to ensure we can reach, engage and retain customers. You must be someone who can work independently and is able to create content that can live across channels and formats. 

Responsibilities: 

- Work with the marketing team to plan out a calendar of content across the journey and for specific segments

- Understand what is is meaningful to our audiences but also where we can get the most return for our effort 

- Understand on what platforms (social, web, sponsored, etc) and in what format content needs to be delivered to have the most impact 

- Work with internal resources to produce content assets and deploy

- Manage analytics to gather audience insights and inform ongoing strategy

Qualifications: 

- Must be organized, proactive and a self-starter, someone who is constantly trying new approaches proactively vs. waiting to be given direction 

- Strategic thinker who knows how to identify insights and how they can advance the business

- Ability to manage upward in a fast-paced environment

- You must have excellent research and writing and design skills, ability to understand how a content topic can live across formats and platforms

- Previous experience working on products or topics related to health, patient education, or cancer a plus
