- Champion the creation of a content marketing strategy, serving the objectives of the team -- seller acquisition, service adoption, seller retention, and Newegg branding
- Leverage seller personas for targeted content creation
- Craft engaging marketing content for email, website, blog, eBook, webinar, and other media formats to drive messaging for service adoption and seller/vendor acquisition
- Coordinate with internal/external agencies or contractors to maximize content creation
- Work with various teams in the organization to leverage subject matter experts and resources to accomplish campaign and content goals
- Build brand awareness and positioning in the e-commerce and online marketplace space
- Collaborating with industry partners to develop co-marketing strategies and campaigns, driving lead acquisition and coordinating with other team members to drive results
- Maintain content and functionality updates on the seller-facing websites
- Report regularly on content performance, with data-driven actions for optimization
- Continuous use of best SEO practices to partner with SEO team in crafting traffic-driving content
