We Need This Role

Fundamentally, we need someone who has built a customer community from scratch so they can use that experience to create a community for continuous learning, not only for using our platform but also what to do with the result of it. We see this role as a partner to our social media specialist, as you’ll be running peer to peer social conversations.

First Six Month Deliverables

  • Create a vision and execution plan for building an online customer community
  • Develop an insights-driven strategy to increase engagement
  • Grow the number of members in each community through thoughtful engagement
  • Create a community which starts online but grows into the real-world relationships

Requirements

  • Passionate about loosely held values and ideas. We want someone who has experience but is not blinded by the path already taken.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a community manager, specifically with technology, software development, or start-up companies.
  • Self-starter: You can start from the ground floor and bring the project to life.
  • Strong strategy and analytics skills with an advanced understanding of success metrics and social analytics
  • Experience leading community marketing and social engagement strategies for a digital customer product
  • Actively engaged with what’s trending in relevant communities and social media culture
  • Demonstrated ability to grow, engage, educate, and convert communities
  • Experience working with Entreprenuers is a plus
