Job objective: This is an exciting role in a growing company. The ideal candidate for the position is someone who has experience gathering market intelligence to inform designing, building, and executing multimedia marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with a talented product and engineering team to understand what products and solutions are suited for commercial industries to market and drive greater awareness and customer interest. Much of the product interest will be around Epirus SmartPower, machine intelligence technology for the next generation of energy and power management solutions. Key to success will be close collaboration with members of the Business Development team and our agency partners, as well as people across Epirus in HR, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

Duties

  • Supports identified marketing activities to align to priority commercial industries (Sports, Utilities, Telco, Manufacturing)
  • Understands how to frame materials around customer mindset and identify and align core solutions for successful execution
  • Create Product Positioning Strategy, Develop ICP (customer profiles) and Account Based Marketing plans to support sales goals
  • Develop engagement and event plans which support commercial industry events, forums and share learnings with broader team
  • Manages identification and development of collateral materials such as datasheets, technical white papers, and case studies
  • Has successful experience working across mediums - CRM, web, digital, social, advertising and more
  • Can manage multiple efforts at one time
  • Can think strategically and execute tactically
  • Can manage agencies and ensure projects stay on budget

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of successful experience marketing technology with documented results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven product marketing experience towards any number or industries - government, utilities, manufacturing, communications, and/or sports is ideal
  • Has some writing confidence to offset professional writers 
  • Self-starter, seeks initiative, learning mindset, seeks data driven insights, can work across multiple teams and personalities to gain agreements
  • US Citizen (future security clearance may be required)

Desired Qualifications

  • Commercial Industry/Government/Enterprise Marketing experience 
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Collaborative; capable of working across all levels of the organization and building trust
  • Organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn enterprise technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, IoT, networking solutions, cloud, productivity apps and mobile

Location

Our company is located in Torrance, just off of the 405. We moved into our new 100,000+ square foot facility in November 2021 and love calling it home.
