About the role

We are actively looking for an experienced and motivated Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our small and growing team. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a CMO to be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies, drive revenue, lead innovation and provide strategic vision.

Things you're good at

  • Strategic: You've set the marketing direction at a hypergrowth B2C consumer product and have built scalable practices and a paid growth machine across Facebook, Google, Snap and TikTok, among others.
  • Analytical/Data-driven: you are an analytics monster and know attribution inside out.
  • Planning: you take a systematic approach to work, defining measurable goals and objectives for each project.
  • Managing: you're good at leading a team, managing managers, empowering your organization and making their success your top priority.

Responsibilities

  • Create plans to drive customer activation, engagement, retention and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute new marketing growth programs. You will tinker and experiment with innovative and experimental growth, communication and branding programs, a/b test and analyze the data to gauge effectiveness.
  • Build a brand strategy to increase visibility and drive business across all platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with the executive leadership team and other departments.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience running marketing at a hyper-growth organization leading multiple teams.
  • You have successfully led a growth or marketing team in a modern D2C brand within the subscription-mobile space.
  • A history of success running paid growth campaigns on Facebook, Google, and/or Snap ad platforms at the scale of seven- to eight-figure budgets.
  • A track record of managing and optimizing budgets to establish KPIs.
  • Expert in Growth, Branding, MarComm and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Fintech space is preferred but not mandatory.
