Branded Content Coordinator
Collab, Inc is a Downtown LA based digital talent network and entertainment studio providing software and services for professional social media creators. Collab was started by veteran video creators to help make the lives of independent creators easier and to provide everything they need to succeed creatively and financially. We specialize in working with mobile video creators and helping them build their audience and earnings across multiple platforms (YouTube, musical.ly, Instagram, Facebook, etc). Our network includes over 400 top social media creators and receives over 3 Billion views every month on YouTube.
Who We're Looking For:
We're currently looking for a Branded Content Coordinator or Assistant to provide a wide range of support to our branded content team. You'll provide meticulous note-taking and scheduling support as the team develops, produces, launches, and tracks branded content campaigns for clients. Other responsibilities include:
- Ability to update all necessary collateral used to pitch to clients (Capabilities Decks, one sheets, pitch proposals, etc.)
- Research & present potential client opportunities in the branded space
- Conceptualize creative campaign ideas and concisely present them verbally and in a way that is visually appealing
- Function as a reliable and responsive liaison between the talent and branded content teams
- Proactively manage day-to-day communications between clients and ongoing projects
- Develop pitch presentations and add value as needed for incoming RFP’s
- Assess and implement effective social strategies to build out digital branded campaigns
- Offer support to production and events teams to oversee completion of branded digital assets
MUST-HAVE’S:
- 1-2 years assistant/coordinator experience in an agency, advertising, or account management setting
- Extremely detail-oriented and very organized (able to keep multiple projects moving forward at the same time)
- Understands, and uses, a variety of social media platforms (existing and emerging)
- Relentless creativity and big-picture thinking
- Proficiency in Keynote / Photoshop
- Proficiency in Google Docs / Microsoft Word / Pages
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Assertive problem solving skills
- A great sense of humor and pop-culture knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to help bolster current relationships and create new ones
- Exude reliability and professionalism in any given setting
