Opportunity
As a Partner Marketing Associate you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with Route brand partners and internal organizational stakeholders. This role is mainly customer-facing, so you must be able to represent the company and ensure clients' needs are met.
You should have an ability to multitask, while cultivating and managing a portfolio of Route partners while driving consistent retention. In addition, you will be working closely with the brand and experience team. This role supports our overall efforts and goals of bringing our product and partners to life, both in digital and IRL forms. Los Angeles, CA area applicants only please.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in developing partner marketing strategies and sponsorships into key marketing initiatives with brand partners and Route.
- Analyze consumer, competitive, and industry trends
- Support partner experiential events and partner marketing communications
- Support in creating project-specific pitches and recap decks as well as partnership proposals
- Tracking of all brand partnership deliverables across talent and social for delivering defined ROI, key learnings, reporting and evaluation of partnership impact
- Work closely with legal, accounting and finance department to execute contracts and payments
- Coordinate gifting into all experiential and social campaigns where needed
- Review key performance metrics to determine the success of strategies and improve plans
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years in partner marketing / brand partnerships
- Proven track record of working with external brand partners and marketing teams across PR, Social and Events.
- Ability to work to deadlines, highly adaptable and well organized.
- Strong relationship management, strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills
- Experience in the Influencer Marketing space and/or the PR Space: You should have past experience working with multiple clients, running campaigns, and managing these projects start to finish.
