Loot Crate is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to play an integral role in the development and execution of all Brand Marketing initiatives and campaigns, reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record for success, possessing both a passion for marketing innovation and an analytical mindset. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creation and management of key marketing documents such go-to-market strategy and roadmaps
  • Execution of effective, innovative, and cost-efficient marketing campaigns for individual business lines
  • Aid in championing and socializing Brand Marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams such as Biz Dev, Public Relations, Acquisitions Marketing, Production, Community and Events 
  • Work collaboratively with 3rd party partners across all entertainment genres such as Marvel, Warner Bros, Activision, Bethesda, Crunchy Roll and VIZ Media
  • Monitor campaign status, developing reporting decks for Brand Marketing and Brand Management
  • Partner with Consumer Research & Insights team to fully understand our core and potential consumer targets, communicating research as necessary
  • Aid in delivering engaging experiences at key pop-culture conventions and fan events, providing on-site support as needed

Skills & QualificatioSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years experience in entertainment marketing or similar field, familiarity with consumer-facing and content marketing 
  • Excellent decision-making and prioritization skills 
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills 
  • Strong knowledge and passion for pop-culture, including gaming and anime 
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite essential, JIRA, Bynder and other asset management systems a plus
