We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us grow and scale our brand marketing efforts across all channels.  

A big vision calls for a big job.  As we grow, our need for a Marketing Coordinator grows with us. This position will be working out of our Santa Monica, CA office (when we return to the office).

You’ll report to: Marketing Associate 

A typical day as a Marketing Coordinator might include:

  • Assisting in daily marketing operations, for example, managing the  creative production of emails
  • Proofing marketing assets to ensure flawless execution so that all messages are supportive of and consistent with overall strategies
  • Helping to manage the promotions system—scheduling and creating regular  global promotions for on-site sales and one-off coupon codes along with checking them once they go live to ensure accuracy 
  • Ordering and organizing product for photoshoots and being on-hand at every shoot to ensure brand consistency 
  • Helping to support initiatives like the affiliate and referral programs through market research, creative refreshes etc. 
  • Helping support social media by aiding in the creation of content (i.e. templatized IG stories, Pinterest pins) and tagging in Instagram
  • Assisting the social media manager with influencer relationships—tracking performance, ordering product, creating codes etc.
  • Supporting in the creation of promotional material such as mailers and catalogs
  • Helping wherever needed for large partnerships and events (though any in-person events are currently on hold as we continue to work remotely due the pandemic.)

You’ll be successful if you are organized, flexible, communicative and believe that no task is too big or too small!

What you have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  in a related field such as business, communications, marketing etc. 
  • 1-2 years of relevant work or experience working in a marketing function for an ecommerce brand—ideally within art, lifestyle or home decor
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
  • Passion for brand marketing—excited to work and grow closely with a dedicated team
  • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary and manage multiple projects at once
  • A can-do, team player attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills 
  • Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
