Altruist is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are on the hunt for a Brand Associate to help us realize our vision. You’ll help shape our brand foundations—ensuring that our storytelling activates and inspires our audience, and work collaboratively across the organization to ensure consistency across all our brand experiences. 

This is a foundational role for a brand marketer who is looking to help us build an iconic brand from the ground-up. 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that will engage our communities (B2B and B2C) to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Create brand experiences that live on our owned channels, nurturing a highly interactive brand following and community across platforms and touchpoints. 
  • Work with internal partners to ensure our brand voice is accurately represented. 
  • Collaborate across growth, content, brand, creative, and customer support teams to create highly effective strategic initiatives for our growing brand. 
  • Grow with the company. This is a role with a ton of growth potential. We hope the successful candidate will see their career progress as the company grows.

 What you’ll bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a brand marketing role either in-house or as a strategist at an agency 
  • Clear communicator with some experience in copywriting
  • Detail-oriented with solid project management experience 
  • Experience running social channels and reporting a plus 
  • An appreciation and sense for design with an understanding of its role in the creative process 
  • Must be humble, kind, collaborative, have a positive attitude, and be a joy to work with 
  • Be a great team player combined with an ownership mentality over your work 
  • Relentlessly driven, always learning 
  • An entrepreneur mindset with a drive to take initiative, seeing projects through from start to finish with great attention to detail
