MuteSix is looking for a B2B Marketing Associate to support our Senior Content Manager with demand generation. 

About you: 

You have experience with B2B Marketing, and are hungry to grow with a company. You are an all around people person with excellent written and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable juggling many tasks, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure key players on a project are on the same page. You aren’t afraid of holding others accountable, and a self starter when it comes to managing tasks. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage CRM, internal databases for continuous outreach to prospective clients, customers and subscribers, while also helping grow and nurture databases.  

• Draft and deliver engaging written communication for B2B marketing emails. 

• Line up and schedule interviews with partners for podcasts and webinars.

• Work as a liaison across auditing, internal marketing, strategic partnerships and business development departments. 

• Eventually help with developing SaaS course and further revenue streams. 

Requirements:  

• 1+ years experience in B2B marketing experience.

• Experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred.

• Email and marketing writing samples required to be considered. 

• Incredible attention to detail.

• Understanding of digital marketing space.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, taking initiative, and being a team player - even if that means jumping into an area outside of your wheelhouse.
