We’re seeking a smart, energetic Audit Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about marketing, technology, and e-commerce. This role will have a focus on B2C marketing as well as support in campaign development, the creation of marketing materials, and cross-functional team efforts. You will be receiving intensive training and close mentorship in all aspects of paid social facebook marketing.

Job role:

The Audit Marketing Coordinator is at the forefront of MuteSix’s internal business operations. You’ll be exercising the different components that go into campaigns including, analytical, strategical, and creative to improve client and prospect marketing strategies.

You’ll be responsible for analyzing current and incoming accounts and give agency recommendations on the wins we can provide for a given account. You’ll be looking at big and small brands and work closely with sales and our campaign managers to report findings.


  • Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver with quality and on time with minimal supervision

  • Get to know the brands - Assemble the information about the product, the industry, the company, as well as the marketing mix.

  • Analyze data and information - Evaluate the data collected to provide an all inclusive picture of the company’s marketing strategy and overall performance. This means understanding where the client or prospect is currently and what is needed to be able to get them to where they want to go.  

  • Prepare recommendations - An audit report is prepared, flushed out and analyzed then presented to the client or internal team.

  • Analyze and derive insights from reports and channels

  • Conduct marketing analyses to identify issues and report findings

  • Must be a critical thinker with a discerning mind and a student of mankind

  • Help forecast potential prospect account’s forward trajectory and profitability

  • Good time management skills, self starter

  • Ability to multitask and work multifunctional with teams

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver


  • Have 1-3 years of experience managing Facebook ad campaigns

  • Has at least 6 months to 1 year experience in the e-commerce space

  • Have a heavy understanding of Facebook Ads and how it works within the general digital marketing ecosystem. 

  • Strong sense of curiosity that pushes you to read, ask questions, research, and dig deep

  • Work in an agency setting (preferred, but not required) and support client-specific marketing initiatives chiefly related to campaign management

  • Maintain great working relationships with other team members and clients

  • Past experience with CRO and other marketing channels are a plus

  • Proficient in Facebook ads and CRO
