The impact you’ll make:

Supernatural is hiring a Marketing Project Specialist. This position will manage a portfolio of projects that support multi-channel marketing and creative projects, related to campaigns, product launches, and cross functional activations; across the content, design and product teams. 

A successful candidate will have experience planning, managing and executing, multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closing. You will possess the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, as there will be many priorities and changing priorities based upon the business needs.

Reports to: Marketing Program Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and track project deliverables end to end, establishing a clear path and owners of next steps 
  • Own, schedule and identify a cadence and framework for retrospectives post campaign launch
  • Implement, track and prioritize roadmaps and schedules
  • Identify and manage scope creep and its impact on project timelines
  • Clearly communicate to cross functional stakeholders and manage project status, resource requirements, roadblocks and resolutions
  • Organize and schedule meetings while managing communication materials
  • Help develop and improve processes, such as; tools, templates, workflow, and communication for the marketing department
  • Manage workloads and coordinate resources availability across multiple project initiatives and teams
  • Manage documentation, project tools and calendars such as Asana and Airtable
  • Build and manage vendor relationships, contracts and payments
  • Cut, track and manage all creative requests in Jira
  • Develop a clear communication and stakeholder management plan per campaign

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing and project management
  • Excel in prioritization, stakeholder management, scoping, project planning, implementation and risk management
  • Clear understanding of campaign management, marketing operations, content social calendar (build out)
  • Experience with PM tools and methodologies such as; Airtable, Wrike, Asana/Trello/Monday.com
  • Knowledgeable in Jira tracking/planning
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and solve complex problems
  • You are comfortable leading while holding yourself and team members accountable
  • You adapt to new environments, work well with others (team player) and are open to learning new ways to operating projects
  • Experience in a creative environment, partnering with production, and/or studio
  • You’re a motivated, self starter, always looking for ways to drive revenue growth and increase engagement 
  • Communicate eloquently with team members, executive leadership, external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
